Toronto, Canada Axiom Law Full time

We are currently seeking transactional lawyers for a pharmaceutical company. This position is remote, however you must be located in Ontario or Alberta, Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review marketing collateral, educational, and promotional materials for compliance with all applicable laws and policies.
- Negotiate, draft and review an extensive range of contracts for Canadian business, including marketing and medical materials.
- Ability to thrive in a large, fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgement.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in the life sciences industry or private practice supporting clients in the life science industry.
- Able to negotiate and draft complex contracts and related documents.
- Knowledge of and experience with pharmaceutical and medical device regulation, including product registration, licensing, and promotion.
- Active bar membership in Alberta or Ontario.
