Elysian Health is rapidly growing and expanding services and are looking for a Care Coordinator for our Concierge Program. Your passion for providing exceptional customer service contributes to our high level of patient satisfaction. Acting as the first line to patients, you will be a great communicator assisting patients in every interaction. You will have your own roster of patients and will ensure their journey is unique to their healthcare needs. You will advocate for them and ensure that their needs are communicated to the appropriate care team members.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:
Exemplary patient care

Communicating with all team members

Creating new electronic patient files, registering

Booking and organizing patient schedules

Maintaining electronic medical records

Scanning and electronic filing

Overall tidiness of the office

Private and MSP Billing

**Requirements: Education, Training, and Experience**

Medical Office Assistant Diploma or equivalent experience

Knowledge of Jane App and/or Plexia is an asset

Knowledge of the private and public healthcare system is an asset

**Requirements: Skills and Abilities**

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Proficient with Word Processing Programs and Electronic Medical Records

Excellent attention to detail.

Medical terminology

Works well in a multidisciplinary team.

Works in an organized manner.

Effective decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities.

Is punctual, reliable, and professional.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
