**What You’ll Do**

As an Almond Pro, your day will include:

- Performing manicures, pedicures, and artificial nail services
- Delivering a flawless client experience
- Recommending and selling products and services
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, including dusting, cleaning, disinfecting tools, inventory tasks, and restocking
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Keeping your workstation organized and hygienic
- Attending regular team meetings

**What We’re Looking For**

We want Pros who have:

- A current, valid esthetics license for Manitoba
- At least **1 year of nail care experience** (required)
- A passion for providing exceptional service
- Strong communication skills
- Drive, motivation, and a team-player attitude

**Schedule**
- Day shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shifts
- Weekends and overtime as needed

**Additional Pay**
- Tips
- Overtime pay

**Location Requirements**
- Must be able to commute to Winnipeg, MB R3N 0B9
- Must relocate to the area before starting (if applicable)
- Work is fully **in person** at the Academy location

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Apprenticeship
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
