**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Lead engaging and safe Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels
- Develop customized workout plans to meet individual client needs
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations during sessions
- Monitor clients’ form and technique to prevent injuries and maximize benefits
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages motivation and confidence
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns
- Manage time effectively to ensure punctuality for all scheduled classes
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall studio experience

**Experience**
- STOTT certified preferred
- 2 years proven experience as a Pilates Instructor or similar fitness teaching role
- Strong communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to teach Pilates techniques with clarity and professionalism
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to motivate diverse clients
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple classes and client appointments
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire confidence in clients and team members

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
