- As a _**Commercial Project Manager - Switchgear,**_ _you will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following for our key enterprise clients:_
- Customer Order Lifecycle Management including:
- Customer Forecast management including reconciliation to internal schedules, reconciliation with customer, OSD Portal oversight and escalations
- Distributes macro forecasting for production & field service planning.
- RFQ Portal Management, including coordination with technical team to provide relevant site pricing within allotted time.
- Comprehensive Tracking of RFQ details, values, outcomes and other metrics.
- Site RFQs, Change Request Portal and order management for post award requests.
- PO management, tracking and reconciliation of discrepancies and customer order releases.
- Ownership of price refresh change management.
- Accounts Receivable follow up to ensure payments are scheduled within customer terms.
- A/R support for rejected EDI invoice submissions.
- Change Orders for pricing updates.
- Business Award Notification distribution to internal stakeholders for design, production and order entry requirements.
- Co-ownership of Equipment and Customer Tracker
- Shared Management of customer FSH and IEM VMI programs including Finished Goods Inventory deployment planning
- Develop close working relationship with internal and customer stakeholders to support mutual business success.
- Initiating extra activities and management interventions where gaps in the program are identified or issues arise
- Support Director of Switchgear Programs
- **Requirements**_:
- A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of success in a similar, fast-paced project management role is required.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal skills, excellent attention to detail with advanced proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
- Strong competency in project management methodologies with the ability to manage multiple work streams and balance competing priorities.
- Flexible with a hands-on approach, serve as a committed team player with an eagerness to jump in and offer support wherever needs/opportunities arise.
- Effective management, communication and people skills are required to influence and manage multiple resources not under direct authority. Skilled in conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Must have excellent judgment, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify complex problems and see them through to resolution.
- Self-motivated and proactive with extensive customer-facing experience.
- Team oriented, with demonstrated ability to work with others to drive to targeted outcomes.
- Must be able and willing to travel to the U.S. occasionally.
