**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
- Demonstrate an eye for fashion through engaging product demos.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote and sell products.
- Handle cash/debit/credit transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash register integrity.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all customer needs are met promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and cashiering responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
- Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently to showcase features and benefits.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
