As Scheduling Supervisor, you oversee and coordinate schedules for Baptist Housing team members, providing training and direction to the scheduling team and managing the scheduling system. **About The Role**

As Scheduling Supervisor, you serve as an Ambassador of Baptist Housing, embodying our ministry values and exemplifying servant leadership by responding to inquiries, mentoring team members, and fostering a positive work environment. You collaborate with leadership to assess outcomes, lead the scheduling team in carrying out duties efficiently, and oversee all aspects of scheduling, payroll, and timeclock management. Your role includes providing orientation, continuous training, and constructive evaluations to team members. You identify and implement improvements within the scheduling process, coordinate with HR and payroll to resolve issues, and ensure compliance with collective agreements and legislation. Additionally, you manage system configurations, troubleshoot errors, and maintain documentation. Your analytical skills help identify trends and improve processes, while your commitment to health and safety ensures a safe workplace. You build strong relationships with team members and partners, resolve scheduling issues, and maintain a focus on continuous improvement in scheduling practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant diploma
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with scheduling, time and attendance, and pay administration.
- Experience interpreting collective agreements

**Compensation & Benefits**

We offer a competitive compensation package, featuring a yearly salary range between $55,000 and $63,000. Your comprehensive benefits include employer-paid extended health and dental coverage, along with a generous four weeks of vacation. Additionally, we provide RRSP matching contributions and support for your ongoing professional development.
