**Duties**
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to create visually appealing meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including marinating meats and chopping vegetables.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked properly.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service during peak hours.
- Help with inventory management by tracking food supplies and reporting shortages.
- Clean and sanitize cooking equipment, utensils, and workstations regularly.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a restaurant or kitchen environment, is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with grill equipment and cooking methods related to grilling is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
