We’re building a team of **Snow Shovellers** for the 2025-2026 winter season. Perfect for students or those looking for seasonal, flexible work.

**Position Details**:

- **Hours**: On-call during snowfalls, typically **8-12 hour shifts** between **6AM - 6PM.**Additional overnight shifts possible during heavy storms.
- **Compensation**: $25 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
- **Start Date**: November 15th, 2025
- **Location**: Thunder Bay and surrounding area

**Responsibilities**:

- Shovel walkways, steps, and sidewalks to full width
- Assist tractor and plow operators during large snow events
- Follow safety procedures and supervisor direction
- **ATTENTION TO DETAIL is a must**We want individuals who strive for perfection.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
- Good physical fitness (able to lift 50 lbs)
- Reliable and available on short notice during snow events
- Team player with strong work ethic
