**What you’ll do**

It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:

- Responsible for reviewing and editing of all LP training tools and templates LP, Stores or DC audiences to ensure consistent delivery and messaging to the business; programs include but not limited to Investigator Safety, ShrinkSense, DLPM training, LP training within ATP, CTP and MTP, VTRA, ShrinkSmart, De-escalation, Mobile Surveillance, Wicklander, LP Systems and DC training.
- Project manages new training initiatives and programs; keeps up to date on legislative changes and updates that need to be reflected in training programs and supporting collateral; assesses gaps in standards and developing solutions where needed

**What you’ll need**

To begin your career with us, we require the following:

- Minimum two (2) years progressive experience in Retail, preferably off-price, with experience in operations, training and loss prevention are preferred
- Post-secondary education in adult training, communications or related field considered an asset
- Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; Strong editing, proofreading, layout, and design skills; bilingualism an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence business partners to help prioritize activities and resources to meet the organization needs, build rapport and credibility to be a trusted advisor, including strong interviewing, negotiating, listening, and information gathering skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills by determining project requirements, timelines, and risks to launch and manage projects
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro, Dreamweaver)
