**JOB SUMMARY: WINERY FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR**

The Winery Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting with overseeing all service areas in the Winery including the tasting bar, a la carte food & beverage, tours, banquet events, and retail space, but not limited to. This is a hands on position. Must have exceptional guest service experience standards and hospitality awareness consistently being utilized in all areas while remaining versed in wine knowledge, pairings and the ability to recommend and sell wine, retail, and food & beverage offerings. This is a key leadership role in ensuring brand and service standards are met and implemented with all staff members. Passion for hospitality, wine and event execution are an absolute requirement.

**REQUIREMENTS: WINERY FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR**
- Smart serve certified
- Minimum 2 years related experience
- Previous leadership experience
- Must be able to stand for long period of times
- Problem solving
- Detail oriented
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
