**LEGENDS**

**THE ROLE**

The Action Seat Runner is responsible for aiding the In-The-Action (ITA) Seat Servers by bringing product to the fan seating area and removing unwanted items from the fan spaces.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Run food from assigned area to In-The-Action seating area
- Be familiar with food and beverage offerings including ingredients, allergens, and food preparation methods
- Clear garbage and recyclables from the seating area
- Help servers set up ITA area as required
- Bring any extra product needed to ITA throughout shift (Napkins, Straws, etc.)
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of ITA service area
- Assist servers and leadership team welcome fans to their seats
- Replenish ice for service station
- Answer all guest questions and concerns with the help of your fellow employees as well as Ushers, Security, and Blue Jays Sales staff
- Smile and establish eye contact with every guest
- Help ITA Servers bring product to storage areas at the end of each event
- Close and clean Server Station at end of night
- Any other duties assigned by Management

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Able to work quickly and make split-second decisions under pressure
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
Location: On Site
