Integricon Property Restoration and Construction Group Inc. is a leading property restoration and construction company in Alberta & Southern Ontario. Integricon provides emergency mitigation, restoration and general construction services to properties affected by floods, fires, or other property damage. We are currently looking for an on-site **ICI Project Manager**. - Consult with clients and stakeholders to define project controls, ensuring quality and compliance. - Draft and manage contracts for consultants, specialists, and contractors, including endorsements, amendments, and change orders. - Oversee consultant services, including drawings, specifications, supervision, and work acceptance. - Attend site meetings with professionals and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and resolve issues. - Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and supervise all site activities. - Contribute to the development and updating of project schedules and participate in contract negotiations. - Manage customer and subcontractor payment requests, review shop drawings and samples, and address technical questions related to plans and specifications. - Monitor and resolve "Conflict Detections" during BIM project execution and ensure effective handling of project deficiencies and amendments. The Successful Applicant will have: - 5-8 years of experience managing ICI projects in a General Contracting environment. - Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with project management software and tools. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, with PMP certification or similar is an asset. - Experience in new build ICI projects an asset **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $80,000.00 per year Additional pay: - Bonus pay **Benefits**: - Company car - Company events - Dental care - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Flexible schedule - Life insurance - RRSP match - Vision care **Experience**: - ICI project management: 5 years (required) Licence/Certification: - Ontario G driver's license with clean driving record (required) Work Location: In person
