**The Opportunity**:
Red River Co-op is recruiting for the position of **Customer Fulfillment Clerk **at** St. Vital Food Store **located at **850 Dakota Street**, **in** Winnipeg**. This position reports to the Grocery Manager.** **The **Customer Fulfillment Clerk **adds value to our Co-operative by being responsible for delivering world-class customer service; being responsible for the handling of online orders from customers; and maintaining department cleanliness and housekeeping standards.

Essential responsibilities of the position include the following:

- Prepare online grocery orders from our customers.
- Ensure all orders are picked with the freshest and highest quality product, properly bagged, stored as needed and that all orders are ready for pickup in a timely manner.
- Deliver orders to customer’s vehicles efficiently while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Handle issues related to online orders including ensuring the prompt and proper resolution of customer issues according to defined procedures.
- Process online order returns in store and provide solutions for other online order related issues.

We are looking to fill one vacancy for this position. This vacancy requires morning and afternoon availability until 6:00 all days of the week, including weekends. You will receive 16 - 28 hours most weeks.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and competencies:

- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Must be tech savvy.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally.
- Must be able to work in all kinds of weather to assist in loading customer vehicles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. We’re looking for someone who builds great relationships with co-workers and customers.
- Strong customer focus and interest in serving others.
- Experience working in a retail grocery environment would be an asset.
