- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to execute projects accurately.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various carpentry tasks.
- Perform restoration work as required.
- Assemble components as needed, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years finishing experience as a Finish Carpenter or similar role in construction or woodworking.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and woodworking machinery.
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, including cabinet installation and restoration practices.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- A background as a maintenance person or experience with CNC machinery is a plus but not required.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour for extended periods while adhering to safety standards.
