**Purpose**:
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the overall cleaning of the guest suites, facilities and common areas in keeping with the housekeeping standards.
**In this role, you will**:

- Provides thorough cleaning of guest suites as per housekeeping standards of cleanliness and replenishment of amenities: sanitizing bathrooms, making beds as per established procedure, clean living room, kitchen areas and laundry room;
- Reports all appliances, furniture and equipment that are not in proper working condition and reports maintenance deficiencies
- Removes from inventory; towels, and bed linen not meeting MFS standard;
- Returns all Lost and Found items to the Housekeeping office for proper storage;
- Reports to management any shortage in inventory;
- Sends out maid service linens and checked out suite linens and towels to the cleaners;
- Assists staff and other Room Attendants in cleaning guest suites during emergencies and as required;
- Provides services at various locations as requested;
- Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

**We would like you to have**:
**Education**: High school is an asset.
**Experience**: A minimum of one to two (1-2) years of relevant work experience in a similar role is an asset.

- Ability to work on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Outlook
- Communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
