**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Secondary School Graduation Diploma
- Demonstrated computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment and Excel spreadsheets.
- Excellent customer service skills, telephone etiquette and demonstrate SJHCG core values.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to deal with multiple tasks in an accurate and efficient manner.
