**Sales and Service Representative - Desjardins Insurance Agent Team Member**:

**Position Overview**:
A successful Desjardins Insurance Agent is seeking an enthusiastic, goal-oriented individual to join their winning team for the role of Insurance Sales and Service Advisor - Desjardins Agent Team Member. This position is in office, without possibility for remote work/work from home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

**Compensation**:

**Requirements**:

- A valid drivers licence and access to a reliable/personal vehicle
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Love working with people
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial services products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Property & Casualty license (preferred/must be able to obtain)
