Brantford, Canada The Water Bar Full time

The Water Bar is a locally owned and operated water treatment company that provides customers with top of the line solutions for all their water needs. We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual who shares our values to join our friendly in-store family.

As a **Part-Time Sales & Service Representative**, you will work 2-4 shifts per week (12-20 hours per week) with increased shifts to cover vacation time. Shifts are Monday
- Friday 9:00am-1:00pm or 2:00pm-6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

- Assisting customers with U-fill water jug fill ups and provide carry out service
- Dealing with customers and prospects on the phone while making sure that in-store customers are also looked after
- Schedule service appointments and water deliveries
- Answer questions related to water treatment (training provided)
- Selling water treatment products and services (training provided)
- Accurately recording water fill transactions in Customer Database
- Ensures customer concerns are dealt with effectively, promptly and with the utmost consideration
- Point of Sale computer use
- Opening/closing duties, keep the store clean, well-stocked and neatly merchandised
- Other Duties and projects as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Flexibility to work shifts within retail hours of operation
- Must be able to work 9:00am-1:00pm or 2:00pm-6:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am-5:00pm
- Able to manage standing in the store for up to eight hours, lifting up to 50 pounds frequently
- 1-year retail/sales experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs including; installations, add-on sales, and explaining warranties, product features, and benefits

**Who we are looking for**:

- Responsible, reliable & charismatic personality
- Previous experience in the water industry is a definite asset but not required
- ZOHO experience would be considered an asset but not required
- Able to work independently once trained
- Positive attitude, work ethic, strong interpersonal and good communication skills, both written and oral
- Pleasant, professional, friendly customer service demeanor is a must
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts within retail hours of operation

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
