**Job Description**:

- Sorting, picking, and processing scrap metals
- Clean and inspect recycling yard by sweeping and raking materials and debris
- Assist with performing routine maintenance
- Perform other general labourer duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- A Minimum of 1 year of experience is required in a general labourer role
- Experience in the metal scrap industry will be considered as an asset
- Experience in using machines like Lift Truck / Forklift, Skid steer will be considered as an asset
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
- Always strive for excellence and constant improvement

**HOURS OF WORK**
- Permanent and full-time position
- 40 hours per week, able to work extended hours/weekends when deemed necessary

**HEALTH AND SAFETY**
- Must work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation and follow in accordance with AIM’s Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Responsible for reporting all accidents, illnesses, or ‘near miss’ incidents to management
