**Role Description**

As our **Associate Dentist**, you will be responsible for:

- Providing high-quality **family and cosmetic dental services** to our patients.
- Performing routine dental exams, cleanings, and treatments.
- Creating customized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Building strong patient relationships through excellent communication and care.

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- **Proven experience in General and Cosmetic Dentistry**.
- A minimum of **2 years of clinical experience** in Canada.
- Strong **communication** and **interpersonal skills** to engage with patients and the team.
- **Attention to detail** and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Familiarity with dental **software and technology**.
- **Valid dental license** in Ontario.

**Bonus**: Experience in orthodontics is highly preferred, but not required.

Pay: $500,000.00-$1,000,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chatham, ON (N7M): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
