This is an open board position, which involves making deliveries of pharmaceutical goods throughout the US. You will typically run TX, CA, NV and Mid-West US. Off loads are quick and seamless. 95% customer freight. Teams are out 4 weeks and off a full 7 days. _**_WEEKLY MINIMUM GUARUNTEE: $2100.00/WEEK, PER DRIVER_**

**We have a NEW minimum weekly guarantee for our drivers - you are guaranteed $2100/week, per driver if you are on the road 7 days. If you run more as per the attached pay rates you will make more***

How we pay is if the truck runs 5000 miles in a week, driver A makes $0.34/mile for 5000 miles and so does driver B.

**Here’s a quick look at what this would look like**:
**Carrier A pays $0.55/mile per driver but splits miles - $0.55/mile x 5000/2 = 2500 miles (divided by each driver) = $1375 weekly**

**Skelton pays $0.34/mile per driver but all miles driven according to odometer $0.34 x 5000 = $1700 [plus we pay your safety bonus, all pick, drops, switches, deliveries etc.]**

We have a great referral program which allow you to not only make $2000 cash but gives you an additional $0.01/mile for every team you bring on. There is no cap on how much you can make here

What we need:

- Team CDL A Drivers (on the road 4 weeks)
- Must be willing to cross Canadian border 1-2 monthly
- HAZMAT
- Have a valid Class A CDL license
- Have good interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- You must have a valid medical card as per the FMCSA regulations.
- You must have 2 years of verifiable experience in a Tractor Trailer.
