- Reporting to the Vice President, the Campus Director serves as the leader, team-builder and operations manager of a Sprott Shaw College campus. The Campus Director is focused on student outcomes, matters of compliance, and operating efficiencies._

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all campus activities fully comply with the policies outlined in Sprott Shaw College student and employee handbooks. Maintain records that are accurate and current.
- Recruit and maintain staff to effectively manage campus operations. Oversee staff performance through regular classroom observations and performance reviews.
- Take leadership towards campus growth and continuous improvement. Manage the Campus Admissions team to ensure activities support growth in student enrollment and referrals.
- Provide final approval for all student enrollments at the campus, verifying the accuracy and completeness of student files before signing acceptance.
- Create and manage schedules for programs offered at the campus, ensuring adherence with policies regarding instructor-to-student ratios. Allocate staff and resources accordingly, and communicate class schedules to students in a timely manner.
- Optimize the student learning experience by proactively supporting students in their academic success and program completion. Monitor and respond to concerns raised by students and instructors.
- Oversee the financial management of the campus to ensure that all budgetary lines are met. Ensure accurate, and timely financial management and reporting.
- Complete in a timely manner all necessary reporting including those required by Payroll dept., Program Directors, Financial Controller, Instructor Education Manager, Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, Vice President, and President.
- Ensure that campus operations, facilities, and physical assets are safe, comply with all workplace legislation, are in working order as needed, and are kept clean and well-presented.
- Provide leadership that inspires pride and commitment to the Sprott Shaw mission and values. Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with all campus staff to ensure clear and consistent communication and support an open-door policy
- Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretions of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing

Qualifications and Education
- Undergraduate degree or professional designation accompanied by five (5) years of experience in adult education
- Knowledge of the private college education sector and best practices in post-secondary education
- Experience in self employment or business start up desirable
- Knowledge of governance issues and matters of compliance, with experience in audit processes
- Supervisor experience with fiscal management preferred
- Demonstrated strengths in leadership, team building, staff development and, creating productive and collegial workplace environments

- Advanced problem solving and conflict resolution management and leadership skills
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced multitasking environment
- Ability to manage time sensitive activities and producing accurate reports
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong skills in MS Office and Database Systems
