Resident Manager

We are currently seeking a responsible and sociable individual to fill a unique role as Resident Manager of our vibrant hotel community. This position is perfect for those looking to remain active and involved in their retirement years.
As the Resident Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, prospective tenants, and vendors. This role requires high levels of initiative, customer service, and general maintenance abilities. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the property, including but not limited to leasing, rent collection, coordination of repairs and maintenance, and fostering a strong community spirit.
**Compensation**:

**Qualifications**:
- Excellent people skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Previous experience in property management is advantageous but not necessary.
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a professional and tactful manner.
- Basic maintenance skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
