Pipe Layer

**CATA Management Ltd. is seeking an Experienced Pipe Layer to join our Earthworks and Civil team**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lay, install, and maintain pipe for storm, sewer, and water systems.
- Ensure proper alignment, grade, and depth of pipes according to project specifications.
- Excavate trenches and backfill as required for pipe installation.
- Assist with the setup and operation of trenching and pipe-laying equipment.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Keep detailed records of work completed and materials used.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a pipe layer in civil construction or related field.
- Strong knowledge of pipe installation, trenching, and grading.
- Experience with various types of pipes, including PVC, HDPE, and ductile iron.
- Ability to operate related equipment such as excavators, and loaders.
- Understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to pipe laying and trenching.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license is an asset.
