**Responsibilities**
- **Operate Sweeper Vehicles**: Drive road sweeper vehicles to clean streets, parking lots, and other designated areas, ensuring proper functioning and operation throughout the shift.
- **Street Cleaning**: Perform street sweeping operations by maintaining clear pathways, removing debris, and ensuring streets are free from dust and dirt.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Regularly check the vehicle’s condition and report any issues such as mechanical failures or damage. Conduct minor maintenance and cleaning of the sweeper.
- **Safety Protocols**: Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws while operating the sweeper. Maintain safe working practices at all times.
- **Waste Management**: Ensure the proper disposal of collected debris and waste in accordance with local environmental regulations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including the areas covered, any issues encountered, and fuel or maintenance requirements.
- **Customer Interaction**: Occasionally interact with the public in a professional and courteous manner, answering any questions related to the work being performed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven previous experience driving large vehicles or heavy machinery (road sweepers or similar vehicles) is required.
- **Driver’s License**: Valid AZ/DZ driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform routine checks and maintenance on the vehicle.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough and effective street cleaning.
- **Communication Skills**: Good communication skills for reporting issues or interacting with clients and team members.
- **Safety-Focused**: Strong commitment to adhering to safety standards and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 55 per week

- AZ/DZ: 3 years (preferred)
