**Position overview**:
The Seasonal Tire Storage Attendant is responsible for assisting with the organization, storage, and retrieval of customers' tires during the busy seasonal tire change periods. This role involves handling tire inventory, ensuring accurate labeling and placement, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Load, unload, and transport tires to and from the storage facility and customer vehicles.
- Organize, label, and store tires in the appropriate storage racks, ensuring proper documentation for easy retrieval.
- Maintain accurate records of stored tires, updating inventory systems as tires are received and retrieved.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols for handling heavy items and working in the storage area, including proper lifting techniques and equipment usage.
- **Maintenance**: Keep the storage facility clean and organized, ensuring walkways are clear and equipment is properly maintained.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely and accurate tire retrieval for customer appointments.
- **Other Duties**: Assist with other duties as assigned during peak tire changeover seasons, such as general shop tasks or helping with tire installations as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Valid Forklift license is an asset.
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate labeling and inventory tracking.
- Good organizational skills to manage tire storage efficiently.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work independently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Ability to resolve issues related to misplaced or mislabeled tires.
- Capable of handling changing priorities during the busy tire changeover seasons.
