Requirements for this position include:

- Post-secondary Diploma with a concentration in Accounting or Office Administration
- Who has worked as an accounts receivable clerk with minimum two (2) years’ experience
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Have a valid driver’s license and has a vehicle to be able to go to the bank 2 times per week

Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central software would be an asset.

Duties include, but not limited to:

- Maintaining accounts receivables including following up on past due invoices
- Experience with account reconciliation
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Answering phones when needed
- Experience with invoicing and data entry software

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
