Be part of an innovative, Global Capital Markets and Investment Banking business with a unique geographic footprint that puts capital to work for our clients across industries We work together to drive ambition for every future **Purpose**: **What You'll Do**: - Coordinate and execute meetings for non-deal roadshows, analyst marketing, expert events, site visits and conferences - Manage logistics including scheduling, agendas, client targeting, sourcing venues and on-site execution of various events - Maintain accurate event data, attendance tracking and post-event reporting - Act as a liaison between corporates, institutional investors, sales teams, research analysts, and bankers - Ensure a high level of service and professionalism across all client interactions - Support senior Corporate Access team members in day-to-day client engagement - Maintain corporate access activity within internal CRM and meeting management systems - Track KPIs including meeting volumes, investor engagement, conference utilization and corporate participation - Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights and recommendations - Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions **What You'll Bring**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field - 1-2 years of experience (internships or co-op experience in financial services an asset) - Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - High attention to detail and strong execution mindset - Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality - Excellent critical thinking skills - Experience supporting conferences or client-facing events an asset - Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented - Comfortable working with senior executives and institutional clients - Interest in capital markets and relationship-driven businesses - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook **Work Arrangement**: **Interested?** At Scotiabank, every employee is empowered to reach their fullest potential, respected for who they are and, embraced for their differences.
