We are searching for someone to work closely with our office team to assist in operating all our online and ERP systems and Platforms efficiently, effectively and safely. Their duties include managing and maintaining the company’s computer systems as well as supporting the team with all Data and Digital functions.

Description of the position and skills.
- Maintaining computer systems to the company’s specifications
- Maintaining the ERP systems to the company’s specifications
- Maintaining all online platforms to the company’s specifications
- Maintaining our B2B Website to the company’s specifications
- Maintaining our B2B Website to the company’s specifications
- Upgrading existing systems to improve performance where necessary
- Creating plans to combat security risks
- Identifying and troubleshooting technical problems
- Writing manuals or guidelines to explain how a system work
- Ability to work with and manipulate graphics and images
- Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate databases
- Proactively verifying data through source documents
- Monitoring and updating existing data when required
- Retrieving data for team members upon request
- Performing data searches
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to take direction verbally.
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Communication and organizational skills

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
