**What you will be doing**:

- Servicing new and existing accounts by analyzing work orders, investigating complaints, identifying solutions, conducting tests, and resolving problems;
- Troubleshooting issues with all commercial and industrial HVAC / Refrigeration equipment;
- Installing or retrofitting equipment as per specifications, customer requests, blueprints or the current building / plumbing codes;
- Inspecting product quality and installation to ensure conformance and customer satisfaction;
- Stay abreast of current developments and trends in all relevant technical knowledge areas;
- Documenting service and installation actions by completing electronic forms, reports, logs, and records;
- Complete the required daily equipment inspections, safety reports, and Field Level Hazard Assessments;
Other required duties may be assigned that fall within the parameters of the primary responsibility of the position.
**What you bring**:

- Red Seal certification required;
- Experience working in supermarkets or industrial is required;
- Experience working with gas is an asset;
- Ability to learn new technology platforms quickly;
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and current driver’s abstract;
- Valid safety certifications such as First Aid, Fall Protection, Cross Connection Control, WHMIS, TDG, CSTS, PSTS, AWP, and H2S Alive considered an asset.
