JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

T1 Warehouse KPIs and Metrics:

- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for T1 warehouses, with a strong focus on managing these metrics to ensure accurate measurement of operational efficiency and performance.
- Consolidate warehouse data and provide national visibility into performance to inform strategic decisions.

Warehouse Cost Management:

- Oversee cost management practices for T1 warehouses, focusing on reducing inefficiencies, improving financial performance, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Ensure adherence to financial goals and provide guidance on budget management and cost optimization.

Consolidation of VLC Warehouse Budget and LE Processes:

- Lead the consolidation of VLC and LE initiatives within T1 warehouses.
- Ensure that logistics processes across warehouses are aligned and support the broader operational goals.
- Oversee budget tracking to maintain financial visibility and drive cost-effective operations.

VPO Logistics Pillar:

- Support the development and execution of the VPO Logistics Pillar, ensuring the continuous improvement of warehouse processes and performance across T1 warehouses.
- Provide expertise to optimize logistics operations and ensure alignment with company-wide best practices.

LCP Warehouse Excellence:

- Support LCP Warehouse Excellence by working with the Excellence program team and Coordinating effort with the T1 Brewery
- Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements and continue the autonomous team journey.

Top Priorities:
T1 Warehouse VLC/FLC LE & Budget Setting:

- Optimize and maintain VLC and FLC processes within T1 warehouses to ensure logistics excellence and operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage the budget for VLC and FLC within T1 warehouses, ensuring financial efficiency and strategic allocation of resources.

T1 Warehouse MCRS:

- Lead weekly meetings and PR for the T1 team promoting synergy amongst breweries.
- Continue improving MCRS providing consistent national and field-level visibility into warehouse operations and performance.
- Streamline reporting, improve data accuracy, and ensure alignment with operational goal.

Logistics Sustainability:

- Support the sustainability and continuous improvement of logistics processes across all pillars of VPO.
- Promote efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability in all warehouse operations.

LCP Warehouse Sustainability:

- Support the sustainability of internal LCP warehouses by ensuring they meet operational standards and drive ongoing improvements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: University degree, Business and Industry related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead an operations facility with direct supervisory experience in a unionized environment. Strong leadership skills required.
- Proven ability to manage warehouse operations in a high-volume environment, including leadership of a large hourly workforce. Demonstrated operational excellence.
- Respected and trusted leader with a proven track record of achievement, solid technical skills, and a reputation as a leader of change.
