Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition roles.- Strong understanding of various recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent assessment methods. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience using Workday is preferred.- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.

Highway 407 ETR is an all-electronic open-access toll highway located in the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada. The highway spans 108 kilometres from Burlington in the west to Pickering in the east.
