**Description**

An Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the manager with daily operations by ensuring merchandising standards are met, inventory, and team management. An Assistant Manager works closely with the team on providing customer confidence and loyalty, providing personalized knowledge in a warm and inviting store environment.

**Day in the Life of a Store Manager**
- Assist management with Coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to help drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service
- Support strategies and processes using a customer-centric mindset to deliver results, drive store sales and maximize efficiencies and productivity
- Acting as the liaison and partner between customers and sales associates
- Staying up-to-date with detailed knowledge on new and existing products
- Achieving store financial targets and implementing new or existing loss prevention procedures
- Working with the leadership team to deliver promotional strategies and programs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
