Job description
Hydro-Vac Truck Operator

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a full time employee that wants a CAREER. Only stable, qualified individuals with HDD experience need apply. We are a small company with a stable work load and stable clients. All of our operators also perform any task necessary to accomplish our work. Class 1 license or class 3 with airbrake endorsement required.

We have an excellent safety program and insist that our work sites are clean, organized, and safe for our employees and the public.

Training:

- Orientation & Training (provided as necessary):

- 4 hours basic orientation
- Ground Disturbance Std 201; Confined Space Entry/Monitor; Standard 1st Aid/CPR - 3rd party training
- Hours of Service; Cargo Securement; Daily Trip Inspection; Weights & Dimensions; WHMIS; Flag Person; Trenching & Excavating - in-house

Payroll:

- pay every 2nd Friday (for 2 weeks ending the Sunday before)
- estimated 1500 regular & 500 overtime hours annually
- 2 weeks off at Christmas & about 4 more weeks during the year
- estimated 20% out of town work, hotel paid + $65/day
- OT after 8/day or 40/week
- 10% holiday/vacation pay

Qualifications & Skills:

- reasonably clean 3 year Class 1 commercial driver's abstract required
- HDD experience on utility projects required
- heavy equipment operating experience required
- physically fit, ability to lift 75 lbs required
- references required
- dependable, tardy, stable individuals only

Work Remotely

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
