**We are a non-corporate veterinary clinic looking to find a permanent full time front office manager. North Heritage is a friendly small animal veterinary clinic with a commitment to high quality veterinary medicine, compassionate client and patient care and a positive life/work balance for our team.**

**In addition to being our primary contact for client interactions, you would be responsible for leading by example, mentoring and organizing our small customer service team.**

**The majority of your time will be spent in client interactions and you must have excellent interpersonal skills. While the vast majority of our client interactions are positive, you will need the ability to provide empathy while handling difficult conversations and help our clients feel listened to, cared for and valued.**

**In addition you would be expected to provide a liaison between medical staff and customer service staff, develop protocols for customer service team, help us identify areas where we can improve our client service and successfully implement new protocols**

**Other duties may include assisting with hiring, employee reviews, billing, scheduling, paying invoices, organizing and ordering office supplies, preparing work schedules and helping establish growth targets**

**Employees are scheduled for a 4 day work week unless otherwise requested.**

**Salary**: $20.00-$26.29 per hour
