Cambridge, Canada Four Fathers Brewing Company Ltd. Full time

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring that our guests have a positive and memorable experience at Four Fathers’ Brewing Co. They will be responsible for consistently delivering “best in class” customer experiences, while engaging and educating the public on the Four Fathers’ brand, products, and upcoming events. The associate must also have a passion for craft beer and will be primarily focused on guests in the Four Fathers retail outlet.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Be responsible for opening/closing the Retail Outlet—ensure checklists have been completed daily.
- Ensure guests are greeted promptly and acknowledged upon arrival; answer any incoming phone calls.
- Cash out guests in a prompt and polite manner—provide them with the correct change each time.
- Educate guests on our beers and brand, while informing them of upcoming beers and events.
- Promote and sell event tickets to guests coming/leaving the brewery.
- Be knowledgeable of your products—know what’s in stock and be familiar with the product pricing.
- Keep shelves and fridges well stocked with Four Fathers’ merchandise and regularly restock as needed.
- Assist in stamping and labelling bottles when required.
- Restock bags, carriers, and stickers.
- Do a nightly inventory of bottles.
- Check that merchandise shelves and displays are wiped clean every morning and every night.
- Sweep the floor at the end of the night.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Down-to-earth communication skills with a genuine presence.
- Customer focused and dedicated to exceeding the expectations of internal and external relationships.
- Must be eager to learn, to grow, to be a part of chaos and to create fun.
- Minimum of One (1) years’ progressive experience in the serving/bartending industry (craft beverage industry preferred).
- Smart Serve Certified (required)

Four Fathers Brewing Co., is continuing to create unique and marketable experiences as a destination brewery in Hespeler Village, located in Cambridge, ON. The overall 90,000 sq ft facility currently includes a taproom with stage for live music, a 5000 sq ft event space and ample open area to be developed. We established a reputation for producing premium craft beers, with flagship brands such as The Starter Session IPA, Shevchenko 9 Ukrainian Dunkel and Honey Badger Saison.
