The Louis Riel School Division is looking for teachers in permanent positions and varied terms from Grade 7 - Grade 12. The
Division provides education to over 17,500 students in 41 schools in a predominantly residential and urban environment, and
aspires to develop competent, educated and compassionate individuals who value learning and strive to achieve their full
potential while pursuing the common good. Consideration may be given to split the position.

This teaching position requires an individual who embraces our divisional Multi Year Strategic Plan through collaboration and
effective, inclusive educational practices that are student centered and data driven.

**QUALIFICATIONS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**:

- Manitoba Teaching Certificate.
- Must have related Education in one or more of the areas of Human Ecology such as:

- Bachelor of Human Ecology, Bachelor of Home Economics, Bachelor of Human Ecology in Family Social Sciences,
Bachelor of Science in Human Nutritional Sciences, Bachelor of Health Studies, Bachelor of Environmental Design
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Search.
- Clear report from the Child Abuse Registry.
- Respect In School or Commit To Kids certification.
- Review and comply with divisional policies and guidelines.
