The Installer will be responsible for executing installation projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation: Install permanent lighting fixtures and systems in accordance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Evaluation: Assess customer needs and design custom lighting solutions that enhance aesthetics, functionality, and energy efficiency.
- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot any issues with existing lighting systems.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client questions or concerns regarding installation and maintenance processes.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment on-site.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance work, and customer interactions.
- Equipment Management: Safely handle and maintain tools and equipment used in installations.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Experience with permanent lighting systems is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant trade certifications or specialized training in electrical work or lighting design is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using various hand and power tools required for installations. Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members while also being able to work independently when needed.
