Budtender

Superbud is a cannabis retailer opening up a second location in Dunnville. We are excited to become part of the community and we are looking to hire staff that will ensure the success of our store from day one. Budtenders are the face of our business. You are the first and last person customers see upon entering and leaving our store and first impressions count. We are looking for passionate and professional cannabis enthusiasts to add to our team. Our budtenders are responsible for the customer experience from start to finish. Our goal is to leave a lasting impression and create repeat customers. Our budtenders achieve this by being friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Budtender Responsibilities:

- Engage and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- Educate customers about different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
- Provide recommendations based on customers' preferences and needs
- Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale system
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock and replenish products as needed
- Continuously expand your knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends

**Requirements**:

- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Must have Cansell Ontario License (we can assist you with obtaining)
- Criminal record check
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge or interest in cannabis and its various strains and products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions
- Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
