- Daytime shift
- $14.75 - $15.25

**Main duties**:

- Take or write messages to the next shift to ensure proper communication of important information between shifts;
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises according to the frequency established for this purpose;
- Clean and perform the various tasks inherent to maintenance, as required;
- Clean and perform all tasks inherent to the maintenance of an apartment, the cleaning of the apartment and the cleaning following the departure of residents;
- Keep the entrances and common areas clean;
- Wash windows at the main and secondary entrances;
- Performing a security tour and ensuring that all exterior doors are closed and locked;
- Be available to respond to emergencies as required;
- Any other related duties as requested by the immediate supervisor.

- Ability to travel to the residence located at **1055 Tecumseh Street - Dollard-des-Ormeaux;**:

- Must be fluent in English;
- Must have a high school diploma 5.
