**Project Manager - Tradeshow & Experiential Marketing**

**About SEQUOIA**:
SEQUOIA is a dynamic tradeshow and experiential marketing company specializing in creating high-quality exhibits and branded experiences. We work with national brands and agencies to deliver impactful trade show booths and experiential activations.

**Position Summary**:
The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, budget control, and on-time delivery. This role involves working closely with internal teams—including Operations, Warehousing, and Production—and collaborating with the VP, Client Partnerships.

**Experience with Asana (or similar project management software)** is considered a strong asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage trade show and experiential projects from start to finish.
- Develop timelines, budgets, and task lists in Asana or comparable software.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Manage project budgets, purchase orders, and reconciliations.
- Oversee on-site logistics and installation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of project management experience (tradeshows, event production, or fabrication preferred).
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana experience an advantage).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets and tracking costs.
- Familiarity with event logistics and fabrication processes.

Pay: $75,000.00-$89,000.00 per year
