**Pay**: $35-$50 Hourly
**Work Schedule**:
Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the operation and maintenance of multiple facilities
- Manage vehicle fleet operations, including maintenance and scheduling
- Coordinate and supervise facilities staff and contractors
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of facility equipment and systems
- Manage vehicle fleet operations, including maintenance and scheduling
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
- Prepare and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure facility conditions meet company standards
- Handle emergency situations and coordinate repairs as needed
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective services

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in facilities management
- Background managing multiple facilities
- Technical education or certification related to facilities management is preferred
- Proficiency in managing budgets and financials
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in Alberta
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
