Warehouse Specialist

This full-time position will be part of a team working in a busy warehouse environment.

Organizing all job requirements and receiving goods in a prioritized order.

**Responsibilities**:

- Primary duties consisting of, but not limited to
- Operating a variety of indoor & outdoor forklifts for off loading of incoming goods.
- Organizing of incoming materials staged for receiving into the ERP system
- Receiving purchase orders, inspecting items and storing them in their proper location
- Repackaging / labelling of incoming items at time of receipt
- Initiating Non-Conformance procedure for items received that are non compliant and/or shipped vs invoiced discrepancies
- Trouble shoot deviations related to inventory
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Keep work area clean and safe
- Assist with daily warehouse activities as instructed by the Supervisor or Manager
- Day Shift, Mon-Fri 7am to 4.30pm

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude and team player
- High school diploma/GED required
- Ability to lift loads of 50+ pounds
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task
- Forklift operation experience an asset
- Able to work occasional weekends, holidays and evenings
- Strong attention to detail
- Responsible and trustworthy with a good safety record
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s licence and a good driving record
