**Receptionist/Client Service Representative Opening**

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties Include (but not limited to)**:

- Booking appointments
- Answering phone calls
- Liaison between clients and all team members
- medical record keeping
- filling medication
- assisting with upkeep of the facility

**Salary**: $17.50-$19.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cavan Monaghan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Veterinary Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
