**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Reporting to the Director of the PCC group and to Project Manager (PM), the Maintenance Planner is responsible for the following:

- Implement planning, monitoring, cost control and change control activities on projects;
- Ensure the establishment of VTEK Project control computer systems (Projector, Primavera,..) appropriate for the needs of the project;
- Maintain all computer systems and support all users in accordance with available system’s expertise;
- Lead, under the PM authority, the preparation of the project deliverables schedule and overall execution schedule;
- Monitor regularly the overall project budget and contingencies;
- Produce project reports (monthly, weekly, cost...), indicators and other elements of monitoring and control ;
- Validate with the various collaborators the progress and the project performance;
- Review project invoices and process for payment (by accounting) as appropriate after approval of PM;
- Anticipate issues and trends, propose solutions and ensure implementation, where appropriate ;
- Register and review variation requests, Project Change Notices (PCN) and recommend appropriate actions to PM before final approval;
- Support the PM for the process of assignment and allocation of resources to projects;
- Update the project monitoring registers;
- Prepare and issue final cost reports per contract/PO after closure of outstanding items;
- Archive project data and prepare project PCC lessons learned at the end of the project;
- Suggest different ways to improve the optimization of the PCC group's tools and processes.
