**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Sanding Airplanes using hand and power tools to prepare them for painting, ensuring a smooth surface free of defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations related to sanding and prepping, including the use of personal protective equipment.

**Qualifications**
- 2 years experience as an Auto Body Technician with a focus on vehicle sanding and preparation.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and sanding equipment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high-quality finishes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Looking for 3-4 good applicants
- Must live within 30 minutes of Gravenhurst and have reliable transportation.

**Hours of work**:
Monday to Friday 7:30 AM-5 PM
- Overtime as and when required_

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
