THE POSITION

HOW YOU WILL BE MAKING AN IMPACT
- Assemble components with precision, ensuring high-quality and accurate assembly.
- Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to meet strict quality standards.
- Utilize fabrication skills with hand tools, power tools, and machinery to produce high-quality components efficiently.
- Perform tasks independently, maintaining productivity and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Contribute a strong work ethic and self-motivation, taking initiative and working with mínimal supervision to drive results.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU REQUIRE
- Experience with fabrication using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for precise assembly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspections and quality control.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration and issue reporting.
- Experience with mechanical and electrical assemblies considered an asset.
- Experience with gasketing, fine detail sealing, or related techniques considered an asset.
