- In this hybrid sales and service position,_

**Roles & Responsibilities Include**:

- Engaging with customers as they enter the facility; assisting with new membership registrations and updating/renewing memberships on current member accounts.
- Administrative tasks including correspondence with members and newcomers.
- Comfortably completing payments through POS systems and cash handling transactions.
- Complete tours of the S4 facility to guests; answering any questions that arise to support the sale process.
- Basic oganizational upkeep of the facility throughout each day.
- Regulation of basic gym rules within the facility.
