Accident Benefits Claims Adjuster

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Review HCAI denial and partial approval responses
- Review medical briefs to respond appropriately to denied and partially approved treatment and assessment plans
- Written and verbal communication with stakeholders to support client care
- Obtain Explanation of Benefits from insurers
- Support Extended Health Benefits pursuits
- Review and release Clinical Notes and Records
- Overflow supports in releasing medical reports and letters and drafting treatment plans
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Accident Benefits Claims Adjuster
- Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Thorough knowledge of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule
- Well-honed negotiation skills
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
